BARBER / SENIOR STYLIST

Barber/ Senior Stylist

  • Qualified to NVQ level 2 in barbering/ hairdressing
  • At least 3 years industry experience
  • Great clipper and scissor skills
  • Shaving experience preferred but not essential

Barber/ Manager

  • At least one year’s managerial experience within a salon or a Senior stylist/ Director looking for the next step up in their career
  • Excellent barbering & hairdressing skills to at least NVQ level 3 or equivalent training & practice
  • Proven track record to motivate coach, mentor a small team to achieve personal and business goals
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills & experience with salon scheduling software preferred
  • Proven track record of keeping accurate records
  • Extensive knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices & procedures within the hairdressing industry & salon operations
